The latest set of Gran Turismo 7 Daily Races is live today and will continue for the upcoming week, featuring three new events as part of their regular schedule.
These races follow the typical format: a one-make race with a road car, and two additional races for the Gr.3 and Gr.4 classes, which are central to the prestigious Gran Turismo World Series Manufacturers Cup.
Notably, Race A will not affect rankings this week, as both Driver Rating and Sportsmanship Rating updates are disabled. This means your scores in these categories will not change, regardless of your finish or the cleanliness of your driving.
Regrettably, this unranked race features the iconic early 2000s 996-generation Porsche 911 GT3, the first model to be named under the GT3 series. This car epitomizes the classic 911 formula: a naturally aspirated, water-cooled flat-six engine at the back powering the rear wheels.
This race takes place over two laps at the legendary 24 Heures du Mans circuit, historically known as the Circuit de la Sarthe in GT titles, without the chicane interruptions on the Hunaudieres straight.
The starting procedure includes a false start check, requiring drivers to maintain their position between the final light signal and the start of the race without moving, or face a penalty reducing engine power.
Race B features Gr.3 cars in a four-lap sprint at the Trial Mountain circuit, promising the week’s fastest action. Settings are largely fixed, with only brake balance adjustments allowed.
Race C involves Gr.4 cars on a 20-lap journey around the Autodrome Lago Maggiore Center track. This race features simplified settings, focusing mainly on suspension and brake balance, and includes a mandatory pit stop to avoid a post-race penalty.
Tire wear and fuel consumption are both set to 1x multiplier, ensuring all cars can finish without needing additional pit stops beyond the required one.
Access to the Daily Races requires unlocking Sport Mode by completing Menu Book 9 (“Championship: Tokyo Highway Parade”) in the GT Cafe and a PlayStation Plus subscription.
Gran Turismo 7 updates its Daily Races every Monday, with the next set arriving on April 29.

Participants need to be mindful of the regulations for each race, especially the mandatory pit stop in Race C, which is essential to avoid a significant time penalty. These races offer a blend of strategic planning and pure racing skill, making them a favorite among players who enjoy both the technical and competitive aspects of racing in Gran Turismo 7. The unranked status of Race A provides a unique challenge this week, allowing drivers to experience one of the most thrilling cars in the game’s roster without the pressure of rankings.
Mark your calendars for the next update on Monday, April 29, when a new set of races will be introduced, continuing the exciting and dynamic lineup of events that keep the Gran Turismo community engaged and competitive.
